A call that didn't go as expected

Include the date and time of the call and the number you called from, so the call can be traced.

A problem with a contractor

Contractors are independent businesses, so raise problems about work, prices or conduct with the contractor first. The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs takes consumer complaints and can say whether a contractor is registered; call 1-800-242-5846 (from within New Jersey) or see the Division's home improvement page. This site also wants to hear about contractors who let you down.
