What this site is

How it works

   You decide

   Nothing is agreed on the phone. If you go ahead, you sign a written contract and have three business days to cancel.

4. 04

   The work

   The repair or the new siding goes on as agreed, and the job ends with the site cleaned up.

• Ask for the certificate of commercial general liability insurance and call the insurer to confirm it.
• Get a written contract with the work, products, dates and total price.
• Ask whether the job needs a permit, and who will get it if so.
• Remember you can cancel within three business days of receiving the contract.
